He was joined by Lauren Riva, legal counsel with the College of Speech and Hearing Professionals of British Columbia.  Greg and Lauren highlighted the significant changes in professional regulation that have emerged over the past five years.  They focused on the public interest mandate of professional regulators by examining three recent cases of public regulatory controversies that have strained public confidence.  They also examined the government’s response to these cases and discussed the broader implications for all regulated professionals.
