Robin’s practice focuses on large, complex litigation matters arising in a wide variety of areas. His practice includes general commercial litigation, shareholder disputes, professional liability claims involving engineers, architects, lawyers and accountants, securities litigation, major personal injury/wrongful death claims, real estate litigation including specific performance actions, wrongful dismissal actions involving senior management personnel, and insurance coverage litigation. He has been counsel on numerous trials and appeals, including appeals to the Supreme Court of Canada.
Deeply involved in professional education throughout his career, Robin McFee is the Session Leader and a lecturer on the “Art of Cross-Examination” for the University of British Columbia Law School Advocacy Course. He lectured at the Inns of Court Programme for young lawyers, and was a guest lecturer for the Continuing Legal Education Society of British Columbia.
