Abby is a former prosecutor in the United States who has moved home to BC and is developing a civil litigation practice, while maintaining her deep commitment to public interest work. She is a firm and compassionate advocate who strives to find equitable and innovative solutions for her clients.

Prior to joining SMR, Abby completed two appellate judicial clerkships in New York and Massachusetts. Following her clerkships, she served as an Assistant Attorney General with the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office.
