Roslyn is a hard-working litigator representing clients and assisting senior counsel on a broad variety of civil and administrative matters. Roslyn’s work includes commercial, employment and real estate disputes, as well as administrative law matters such as professional regulation/discipline and societies matters. She has experience working on disputes at all levels of court in British Columbia.
Roslyn greatly enjoys working with clients to advise on effective and practical legal solutions, acting as a compelling advocate both in court and while achieving negotiated settlements where appropriate.
Prior to joining SMR, Roslyn clerked for six justices of the B.C. Supreme Court and went on to complete her articles and begin her litigation practice at a large global law firm in Vancouver.
Roslyn is a fluent French speaker.
