Kaitlin Hardy is a conscientious and resourceful advocate, who provides practical and often creative solutions to her clients’ concerns. She has represented clients and assisted senior counsel in the Supreme Court of British Columbia and before administrative tribunals, including hearing panels of the Law Society of British Columbia.
Kaitlin has experience in professional discipline and regulatory matters, complex multi-party corporate commercial litigation, contractual and shareholder disputes, derivative action claims, and cases involving fraud, creditors’ remedies, trust law, and misfeasance in public office. Kaitlin also has a special interest in human rights and civil liberties and is active in developing her law practice in these areas.
Outside of the office, Kaitlin can be found enjoying all manner of outdoor activities, including skiing, rock climbing, surfing, and biking, or enjoying brunch with friends in Vancouver.
