British Columbia v. Imperial Tobacco, [2008] BCJ No. 609 (SC); appeal granted at [2009] BCJ No. 2444 (CA)

• Counsel for the Crown with respect to appeal proceedings arising from a historic conviction
• Acted on behalf of a woman seriously injured in a motor vehicle accident

• Successfully defended a chartered accountant in a lengthy professional negligence action

• Counsel for a participant in a Commission of Inquiry pursuant to the Public Inquiry Act
