Melissa Kruger is an associate at Sugden, McFee & Roos. Prior to joining Sugden, McFee & Roos in 2010, Melissa articled and practiced as a litigation associate with the Saint John, New Brunswick office of McInnes Cooper.

Melissa is developing a broad litigation practice encompassing a range of civil, commercial, and administrative matters. She has appeared before the provincial and superior courts of New Brunswick and British Columbia, and has assisted with matters before the New Brunswick and British Columbia appellate courts.

Melissa holds a B.A. (Honours)(2003) and an LL.B. (2007) from the University of New Brunswick. She is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia, the Law Society of New Brunswick and the Canadian Bar Association. Prior to completing her articles, Melissa participated in a legal internship in Pretoria, South Africa working on land tenure rights and constitutional legislative reforms affecting rural communities.
