Emilie LeDuc is an associate at Sugden, McFee & Roos. She joined the firm in 2009 after articling at a prominent regional firm.

Emilie practices general litigation. She represents clients and assists senior counsel on a variety of civil, administrative, and criminal matters. Emilie has argued before the British Columbia Provincial Court and the Supreme Court of British Columbia, and has appeared as junior counsel before the British Columbia Court of Appeal and a provincial commission of inquiry.

Emilie also has an interest in legal research and writing, and has drafted memoranda and arguments on matters across the breadth of the firm’s practice areas.
