A former law clerk at the Supreme Court of Canada to the present Chief Justice of Canada, Craig Dennis has been a partner at Sugden, McFee & Roos since 2002. He has a broadly based commercial litigation practice with specialized expertise in shareholder disputes, professional negligence, contaminated sites, product liability, real estate litigation and protection of commercial information.
Craig acts for a wide variety of both domestic and foreign clients and appears frequently before Courts at all levels. Where possible, he seeks to address and resolve disputes through arbitration and mediation.
Craig is prominently mentioned in a March 2011 editorial by Chambers & Partners, an independent legal ranking organization, as a key member of our firm's commerical litigation practice.
