Allison Jackson joined Sugden, McFee & Roos in 2008 after completing her articles at a large national firm. Her practice involves a variety of commercial disputes including contract, professional negligence, and wrongful dismissal claims. She has a special interest in personal injury and medical negligence actions in which she acts exclusively for the plaintiff.

Allison has appeared as counsel in the Provincial and Supreme Courts of British Columbia and has assisted with matters before the British Columbia Court of Appeal. She has experience in alternative forms of dispute resolution including arbitration and mediation. Allison also conducts legal research and prepares opinions and legal argument for senior counsel.
